A very pleasant stay at the aberdeen northern hotel
On monday my wife and i checked into the hotel for one night. The occasion was that i was to speak that evening at the rotary club of aberdeen st nicholas.
I am pleased to inform you that Jim Billingham GM helped in every way to make the evening a success. His attention to detail with the setting up of the room and the audio visual equipment made the event enjoyable and trouble free.
I wish to thank Mr Billingham and staff for a very pleasant stay at the aberdeen northern hotel, may i take this oportunity to wish you continued success.

Due to the recent passing away of my mother it was a difficult time for us and the excellent level of personal attention which appeared to be the norm for both yourself and your staff made a big difference to our visit.
